Parkway Chrysler is here to help you decide which Ram Truck is right for you

When it comes to getting the job done and getting it done right, it's no surprise to us here at Parkway Chrysler why our customers tend to gravitate towards our lineup of Ram Trucks. Even if you have yet to experience them for yourself, all it takes is a stroll through our showroom to see why that is.

Then again, deciding on which Ram Truck is the right fit for you can be an awfully daunting undertaking. So in an effort to make the search that much easier, allow us to break them down for you.

Now, there's good reason why the 2014 Ram 2500 is referred to as a "heavy duty" truck. With a maximum payload of 3,030 lbs. and a towing capacity of 11,860 lbs., this bad boy is perfect for anyone looking to tow trailers or boats on the regular. If you don't need quite that much capability but are still in the market for an off-roader that can haul well over a half-ton of lumber, the 2014 Ram 1500 might be more what you're after.

Aside from their hauling abilities, you'll also want to be aware of the powertrain options available in these pickups. As for the Ram 1500, you've got your choice of a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, a 5.7-liter HEMI or a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel engine. When it comes to the Ram 2500, you'll have no problem towing at length with a 5.7-liter HEMI, 6.4-liter HEMI or 6.7-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel engine under the hood.

But if you really want to find out which one is right for you, nothing beats a good old-fashioned test drive at our dealership here in Benton, KY. And if you'd like to learn more about all these puppies have to offer, the experts in our car parts department would be happy to fill you in.
